Responsibilities: 

Perform a variety of handwork tasks to assist in the production of vehicle livery graphics and signage.
 
  • Cut, trim, and prepare vinyl materials according to job specifications and design requirements.
  • Assist in the assembly and application of vinyl graphics onto vehicles, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Support the production team in various tasks, including laminating, weeding, and finishing.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workbench area, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies to enhance production processes.

   Requirements:

  • Experience in vehicle livery or signage manufacturing is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for the right individual.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
    Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, with a positive attitude towards training and development.
  • Passion for craftsmanship and delivering high-quality workmanship.

 

Working Hours: This position requires adherence to an alternative shift pattern on a rotating schedule, Monday to Friday (with overtime available). The shifts are:

  • 6:30 am – 3:00 pm

  • 10:00 am – 6:30 pm

We are now seeking a skilled Vinyl Graphics Fitter in Swindon/Bristol and the in Sussex Area to join our team, working on projects that enhance road safety across the UK and internationally. 

This is more than a fitting role—it’s a chance to be a frontline representative for PVL, playing a part in our mission to save lives. This role involves applying our life-saving vinyl graphics and bespoke designs to a range of vehicles and surfaces. We’re looking for a team member who shares our commitment to upholding the highest standards for safety and quality. The position requires a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and travel throughout the UK (and occasionally abroad) in a company van, ensuring every project is completed with the precision and pride that defines our work. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Vinyl Application: Precisely apply vinyl graphics, ensuring they meet PVL’s quality standards, especially for emergency service vehicles. 
  • Client Communication: Act as the face of PVL when on-site, providing professional, courteous service to clients and representing the company in the best possible light. 
  • Job Documentation: Accurately record project details and provide detailed feedback on both positive outcomes and areas for improvement. 
  • Production Collaboration: Work closely with the Production Team to ensure materials are prepared for efficient installation. 
  • Travel & Independence: Travel across the UK and abroad, working independently to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification. 
  • Templating & Design: Assist with templating and collaborate with the Design Team to ensure graphics are installed as per design specifications. 
  • Sales Support: Work with the Sales Team to understand client needs and ensure clear communication of job progress.

  • Overtime required occasionally to meet project deadlines or client needs.

PVL is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic Client Services team based in Burgess Hill. This role is pivotal in ensuring outstanding service delivery to both new and existing customers, supporting the full client journey from initial enquiry through to after-sales support.

The successful candidate will handle customer communications, process crash part orders, and play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience while contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Represent PVL in a professional and credible manner, promoting our services and identifying opportunities to recommend relevant products.
  • Accurately process crash part orders within internal timelines and procedures.
  • Proactively manage customer relationships through phone and email communication, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align production schedules with customer expectations.
  • Complete all required documentation and follow company processes with attention to detail.
  • Conduct post-installation follow-ups, manage feedback, and ensure any issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Handle online order processing and support ongoing customer service requirements.
  • Support the Fitting & Operations co-ordinator with customer enquiries.
  • Liaising with fitters on-site to ensure the livery arrives ahead of time, by collaborating with internal departments to ensure the job leaves on time.
  • Liaising with customers to obtain clear fitting conditions, requirements and points of contact on the day.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of PVL products, services, and industry trends (training provided).

   Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, flexible, and proactive approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Highly organised with strong administrative abilities.
  • Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C or above.

 

Working Hours: This is a full-time, on-site position based at our HQ. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
