PVL & Richell Vehicle Conversions recently teamed up to deliver a sustainable fleet solution for National Highways, transforming 51 Toyota BZ4X electric vehicles into inspector cars within a tight 3-week deadline.
National Highways selected the All-Electric SUV Toyota BZ4X to spearhead the electrification of its vehicle fleet. Together in partnership with Richell Vehicle Conversions, we templated, manufactured and applied the highly reflective safety markings to all 51 Toyota BZ4X electric cars.
Our team kicked off the process by carefully crafting a custom template for the Toyota BZ4X, considering every aspect of the vehicle’s shape and contours. Then our design team got to work developing a kit that promises top-notch visibility for the inspector vehicles. After the overall design was given the green light, it’s off to production!
Our production team ensured we supplied at least 5 kits every day for 14 consecutive working days to keep pace with the fitting schedule and our team of fitters who applied them to the vehicles at Richell Vehicle Conversions’ premises. The three-week deadline was met and the photos tell the rest of the story – an impressive line-up of identical looking vehicles.
