PVL win three awards at the BHBPA Awards 2019

PVL is delighted to have won three individual staff awards at the Burgess Hill Business Parks Association Awards (BHBPA) 2019, which were held on Friday 10 May at the Amex Stadium and hosted by renowned journalist Jennie Bond.

  • Risen Star 2019 – Nick Broom
  • BHBPA Special Person 2019 – Emily Darnell
  • BHBPA Special Company 2019 – Wes Earp (Preview)

The BHBPA awards is a unique event that celebrates local businesses, their values and the people that make them successful. The Association is built up of over 300 members in the Burgess Hill area, working together to build relationships and strengthen the local business community.

Multi-award winners:

Risen Star 2019 – CEO, Nick Broom

Sponsored by Time 24, The Risen Star Award celebrates the ultimate seasoned professional. This person is recognised for expert knowledge in their field, both locally and nationally and is looked up to by younger staff who seek out their advice and expertise.

Nick commented: “It’s fantastic and I’m flattered and delighted. All three of the short-listed finalists were highly respected and equally deserving of the award. The recognition is lovely.”

BHBPA Special Person 2019 – Emily Darnell

Sponsored by Bio-productions, the award recognises the achievements and contributions of an individual from the association’s Committee.

Emily commented: “It was fabulous for Esther Dawson from Ridgeview and I to be recognised at the awards for the work we do for the BHBPA Committee. I’ve known Esther for many years now and together we have also set-up the successful Sussex PA Networking Group so it’s been lovely to celebrate this with her.”

BHBPA Special Company 2019 – Wes Earp (Preview)

Sponsored by Handelsbanken, the Special Company Award celebrates and recognises the ongoing contribution and hard work that a company does for the BHBPA.

Wes commented: “Preview has been working with the BHBPA for many years, supporting a wide range of digital and print marketing requirements. It’s very flattering to receive this Special Company award for a second time and to be recognised for our work.”
