To absolutely WOW the crowds and powerfully showcase Redtronic’s brand and crucial safety message at the CV Show 2025, PVL swooped in and delivered a custom wrap that was nothing short of spectacular for their demo van!
From Concept to Creation

The Power of Reflective Design
Reflectivity was a key feature of the design, as this reinforces the safety message at the core of Redtronic’s. To achieve this, we used 3M 780mC-10, a printable, reflective material that would make the van stand out during the day and be reflective at night. Once the design was agreed on, with then it was time for the wrap. We arranged the logistics for receiving the van and installing it in time before the show.
PVL Precision in Every Panel
This is where are fitting team brought the design to life. Ensuring the graphics lined correctly in the vehicle. To better reflect their brand, rather than use the basic red and yellow rear chevron pattern, we adjusted it so that it was 3M diamond grade against 3M 2080 satin vampire red. Each panel was place on top of Matte Black for the rear. This really assist in reflecting their brand with the consistency in the red being used throughout the vehicle design.
